Garrett Ballengee

Garrett Ballengee is the founding executive director of the Cardinal Institute for West Virginia Policy, a nonprofit research organization located in Charleston, West Virginia. Prior to joining the Cardinal Institute, Ballengee worked in Arlington, Virginia, as a senior policy and research analyst. He graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in finance from West Virginia University, Honors College.
